Delete it in the app

Open the app and sign in with the Google or Apple account you want to delete.
Open Settings > Account and Forest.
Choose Delete account, confirm, then finish signing in again with Google or Apple.

Your app account and synced data are deleted from our servers. The data on this device stays; clear the app's data or uninstall the app to remove it. With an Apple account, the name and Apple email tied to the app account are deleted and the app revokes its access to your Apple account; you can also stop using Sign in with Apple for the app in your device's Apple Account settings (Sign in with Apple; the location may differ by iOS version).

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted from our servers: your account, your synced pairs, decks, notes, review history and garden; your Friends profile (nickname, avatar, friend code), friends, blocks, devices and notification tokens; your group membership and join requests; decks you shared (including their stored files); your private deck ratings and reviews, and the public copies of your reviews.

Kept for a limited time: reports you filed are kept for moderation but are anonymised (your account is removed). Crash reports already sent follow Google's retention, and deleting your account does not delete crash data that is tied to a device or installation rather than to your account. Data on each device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app there.

If you no longer have the app

Email langsprout.support@muka-studio.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it, or use the developer support information on the app's App Store or Google Play page. Do not send your password or payment information. You can also manage or stop Sign in with Apple for LangSprout from your Apple account settings.

Data on your device

To remove everything local (including data used while signed out), clear the app's data in your device settings or uninstall the app. This does not by itself delete any synced data on our servers; delete your account as above for that.
